It’s a new year & a new start! Last year I took off over 20 lbs. in the first half of the year and made it from 181.8 down to 159.8 through the help of Weight Watchers. I stopped in June though and let myself go. After all was said and done I gained a little less than 10 lbs back and a pant size (up to Misses size 12) but I am not discouraged. I know I can do it again with the help of weekly weigh-in’s & this journal!
Final goals:
> weight: 145
> pants size: 10
> BMI: 24 (18.5 – 24.9 = “normal”)
Method:
> walking on treadmill
> eating in moderation, smaller portions
> making healthier food choices
> Weight Watchers on-line tools

Here is a little older history about me that I wrote up last year…
Almost 4 years ago I successfully took off 25 lbs. by simply watching what I eat and tracking it on-line. I made it down to a healthy 135-138 lbs., size 8 clothing. I maintained it for over a year but let my eating habits deteriorate enough so all of the weight lost – and then some – has come back. It was my fault and I acknowledge that so here I am once again, tracking my eating habits. If I could lose 25 lbs. this way I can definitely lose it again so join me as I start the journey once more. Your support and encouragement (and chastising as needed) really do make a difference!
I have also come to realize that this time around is going to be more difficult so I have signed up with the Weight Watchers program that my company is subsidizing. Our meetings will be every Friday and hopefully will keep me on the bandwagon.
I have been blogging for many years as Cybertoad over here…
