		<description>You have all the right ideas, you just seem to be missing motivation....a goal....a deadline of sorts to be in the shape/size you feel is right for you.  I have one very crazy idea for you that just might work &amp; maybe also be fun.  Begin to prepare yourself for the Houston Aramco 1/2 Marathon starting now.  It is fun, and for charity and you wouldn&#039;t have to worry about carbs etc so much.  You don&#039;t have to be an athlete to finish the 1/2 marathon.  Just jog or speed-walk or even run just a little each day....then by next Jan you can do the 13.11 miles no problem.  If you can do it in less than 4 hours you can get a t-shirt and a medal.  If you train enough each day you can forget the diet almost completely and enjoy eating &amp; going out to restaurants etc.  Just a crazy idea for you.  :)</description>

I am hardly ever home &amp; when I am home I don&#039;t want to be on that stupid treadmill so I always find an excuse. Like I said, I know exercise will do it and the treadmill is the answer. Just gotta get over the &quot;always have an excuse&quot; hurdle...

And yes, 20 lbs is a great start and I am essentially maintaining right now so that isn&#039;t bad... Thank you!</description>
