Starting Numbers – Height = 5’4″

> pant size: 16-18

      • Goal #1 – Get under 200 lbs.- accomplished 8/2/16!
      • Goal #2 – Lose 10 lbs. – accomplished 8/15/16!
      • Goal #4 – Lose 15 lbs. – accomplished 9/12/16!
      • Goal #5 – Lose 20 lbs. – accomplished 10/19/16!
      • Goal #6 – Reach 185 lb. – accomplished 11/9/16!
      • Goal #7 – Lose 25 lb.s – accomplished 11/30/16!
      • Goal #8 – Reach 180 lbs. – accomplished 12/7/16!
      • Goal #9 – Lose 30 lbs. – accomplished 1/25/17!
      • Goal #10 – Reach 175 lbs.

I’ll add more goals as I see progress but I guess in a dream world I’d like to see 150 lb.

Diet: Whole30 then Paleo with some dairy

Exercise: Pilates to start with to strengthen my core and get more flexible.
